Chapman Law Group LLC has been providing legal services to clients in Vail, Beaver Creek, Aspen, Steamboat Springs, Breckenridge, Keystone, and other Colorado mountain resort communities since 1982.  In this age of increased legal complexity and government regulation, even in the relatively small mountain towns of Colorado, the age of the general practitioner has passed.  For this reason, my practice is limited to foreign investment, real estate, and business law.  Sixty to seventy percent of my practice is helping foreign clients buy and sell  real estate, set up and operate U.S. businesses  or invest in U.S. businesses. I have found that by focusing on this narrow area of practice, I can provide a high level of legal representation in a timely and stress-free manner.
