Bruce has practiced in the areas of real estate and business law since 1976. During the first seven years of his career he practiced in Sarasota, Florida where he focused on represented foreign real estate developers on the West Coast of Florida. In 1982 Bruce moved to Vail, Colorado. The large number of foreign persons who consider Vail their first or second home, gave Bruce the opportunity to expand his practice into the area of representing foreign real estate and business investors. His clients are located throughout the world including, England, Scotland, Mexico, France, Greece, Panama, Canada, Hong Kong, Japan, Germany, Venezuela, and Costa Rica.
